The Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) Revitalisation Project aims to enhance Australia’s high‑performance sports infrastructure in preparation for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The project involves the redevelopment of existing facilities to replace ageing infrastructure and strengthen the AIS’s capability as Australia’s premier high‑performance sports hub.

The revitalisation aligns with Australia’s High Performance 2032+ “Win Well” Sport Strategy, supporting sustainable success in high‑performance sport through modern, fit‑for‑purpose facilities.

Bellgrove Advisory is providing strategic commercial and project advisory services during the business case and development phase of the AIS redevelopment. Our role includes supporting project definition and providing strategic advice to inform investment decisions and delivery planning for this nationally significant program.
