The Melbourne Airport Rail Link will deliver a new rail connection between Melbourne Airport and the Melbourne CBD via Sunshine Station, significantly improving accessibility, connectivity and passenger experience with turn-up-and-go services to accommodate growing passenger demand.

Bellgrove Advisory provided independent commercial and assurance advisory services to support development and funding investment considerations for the project. As part of this Bellgrove Advisory was involved in the undertaking of an assurance review of proposed station works and major brownfield rail upgrades associated with the Sunshine Superhub. This included review of cost estimates and risk assessments, identification of scope parameters not fully reflected in the existing project commitment, and provision of commercial and technical advice to support informed decision‑making.
