Bellgrove Advisory is supporting Infrastructure Canberra as commercial and financial advisor on the procurement of a new Food Organics and Garden Organics (FOGO) facility in Hume. Our involvement commenced during the Expression of Interest (EOI) phase, where we advised on the development of a commercially viable and sustainable delivery model and procurement strategy designed to attract strong private sector interest. This included leading market engagement, facilitating project briefings, preparing EOI documentation, and supporting proposal evaluation.

Bellgrove Advisory continues to support Infrastructure Canberra through the Request for Proposal (RFP) and transaction phase. We are providing comprehensive commercial and financial advisory services, including development of tender and contract documentation, market engagement, evaluation and negotiations through to contract close. Working closely with Infrastructure Canberra, we are helping to establish robust risk allocation, payment mechanisms, and commercial frameworks that support value‑for‑money outcomes, long‑term performance, and a successful transition into delivery and operations.
