The New Recycling Facility (NRF) is a new state-of-the-art recycling facility for Canberra, which will sort paper and cardboard, glass, plastic, steel and aluminium. Its sophisticated technology will increase resource recovery rates and produce high purity recycled materials.

Bellgrove Advisory provided transaction and commercial advisory services, supporting Infrastructure Canberra to lead the negotiations and contract finalisation activities for the NRF project.  This involved supporting drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contract documents for the construction and initial operating term (O&M) of the facility.  Bellgrove Advisory personnel worked collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders (including technical and legal advisors) to support timely completion of negotiations, obtain governance approvals, and support achievement of contract finalisation.
