Perth Airport is the gateway to Australia’s west coast along with the state of Western Australia and is the single airport facility serving scheduled domestic and international air travel in and out of Perth.  Perth Airport is the fourth largest airport in Australia based on passenger numbers.

Perth Airport Pty Ltd intends to deliver an extensive capital works program to provide additional long-term capacity and improve the customer experience and operation of the airport.

Bellgrove Advisory is supporting Perth Airport Pty Ltd with the transaction and commercial establishment of the airside package of works. The Perth Airport New Runway Project involves the delivery of a 3,000-metre parallel runway and associated airside civil and critical systems infrastructure alongside the airports existing main runway. Our role includes advising on procurement strategy, packaging, and commercial frameworks to support successful market engagement and delivery. We are working closely with Perth Airport to manage the transaction to maintain competitive market interest, manage delivery risk, and align with long-term operational and customer experience objectives.
