The Suburban Rail Loop (SRL) East project is a major transport infrastructure initiative being progressed by the Victorian Government to support Melbourne’s long‑term connectivity, productivity and growth. The SRL East project covers 26 Kilometres and is a fully underground metro corridor consisting of 6 new stations to connect Cheltenham to Box Hill station providing vital connectivity for passengers along the Gippsland corridor to destinations across Melbourne.
Bellgrove Advisory’s role included undertaking a cost and commercial assessment and a rapid economic review to provide advice on the total forecast cost to deliver the major infrastructure program. As part of our role Bellgrove Advisory also reviewed and updated the project’s cost‑benefit analysis to support informed decision‑making and funding investment considerations.
